CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE  

We are a National Distributor in the health and wellness industry with a position available to join our administration team, at head office in Mullumbimby. 

The key duties include but are not limited to:

• Data entry

• Customer service

• Sales reporting

• Key account product and promotional support

• Stock and inventory invoicing and systems management

• Office management support

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel a necessity.

• Experience in MYOB AccountRight or similar accounting applications an advantage but not necessary, as training will be provided.

• Customer service focus.

• Highly developed communication and relationship building skills.

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Well-developed inter-personal skills.

• Solid organisational, problem solving and time management skills.

• Effective verbal, written, presentation and listening communications skills.

• Previous experience/exposure to a sales environment, particularly in organic health food, natural skincare and supplement markets an advantage.

• Willingness to learn and develop with prospects for advancement within the organisation.
