DW Tiles has been a leading importer and wholesaler of premium ceramic tiles since 1995. Based in Chester Hill, Sydney, we bring innovative designs and cutting-edge tile technologies to the Australian market, inspiring architects, designers, builders and homeowners alike.
We're looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Accounts & Admin Officer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with numbers, have excellent attention to detail, and take pride in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of a busy business, we'd love to hear from you.
As an Accounts & Administration Officer, you will support the day-to-day finance and administrative functions of the business, working closely with management and the wider team to ensure smooth business operations.
Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance administration
Process and maintain accounting documents and financial records
Support office purchasing and general administrative functions
Provide general support across finance, administration and business operations as required
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in an accounts, bookkeeping, finance administration or similar role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Experience using ERP or accounting software
Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
A positive, responsible and hands-on attitude
