The RoleWe're on the hunt for a Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage a range of projects from early strategy through to delivery. You'll work closely with our directors, dive deep into client briefs, and help shape workplaces that genuinely reflect the culture and ambitions of the businesses we design for.
What You'll Actually Be DoingLeading workplace projects end-to-end — concept, documentation, deliveryTurning client ambitions into sharp design strategy and briefsContribute to workplace strategy and briefing, translating business objectives into spatial and design outcomesDevelop space plans, furniture layouts, finish schedules, and material palettes with a strong creative point of viewDelivering and managing documentation and detailing of your projects Present directly to clients, building strong, trusted relationshipsSite phase and construction administrationWhat You'll Bring7+ years designing workplaces, with a portfolio that proves itA sharp eye and strong opinions on space, materials, and how people actually use themConfident with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe SuiteA solid handle on codes, compliance and construction documentation — the unglamorous stuff that makes great design possibleExcellent client-facing communication and presentation skillsA collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for design — you'll fit right in with a team that loves what they doWhy You'll Like It HereWork on standout Sydney workplace projects.A small studio where your ideas get heard and actually usedReal investment in your growth as a designer
