Welder/Boilermaker

About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Welder/Boilermaker to join our team in Campbellfield, VIC. This full-time role will be responsible for fabricating and welding to the highest standards. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering our exceptional service to customers.

What you'll be doing

• Fabricate and weld a variety of metal components and structures to specification
• Operate welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welding
• Perform repair and maintenance work on trailer and truck bodies and components as required
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Welder/Boilermaker, preferably in the trailer or automotive manufacturing industry
• Excellent welding skills, with experience in both MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Forklift licence and experience operating workshop machinery is highly desirable
• Must hold permanent resident status to be eligible for this position
• Trade certificate in welding/fabrication required
• Minimum 1-2 years welding experience required

Pay: $45.00 – $47.00 per hour
