About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to multi‑channel enquiries, and helping customers find the perfect solution. You’ll handle ready-to-buy leads, follow up on engaged customers, and turn interest into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, offering expert advice on iTechworld products.

• Respond promptly to inquiries via email, social media, and internal systems.

• Work proactively to meet and exceed KPIs, including revenue targets and call volumes.

• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain an accurate customer database and nurture long-term relationships.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Represent iTechworld at trade shows and events, providing live demos and generating leads.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and promotions.

• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and closing deals.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of the tech or energy storage industry is highly regarded.

• Current driver’s licence required.
