Role: To ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process and focus on achieving the highest levels of product quality whilst minimising waste.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the production line is running correctly and efficiently throughout the shift and report any issues to Supervisors/ManagementMonitor the performance of the extrusion machine ensuring minimum scrap level is achieved at all timesEnsure that all aspects of H&S policies and procedures are complied with in all daily activitiesMaintaining a clean and safe environment to a high standardYou will be required to stand for long periods with some manual handling duties.

Working Hours & Benefits
