Our practice and team at Battery Hill Dental (batteryhilldental.com) is looking for a dentist who loves their work and wants to be part of a great workplace. Our vision for our dentists is to create a practice that is more home, than 'clinic', and has the potential to help you grow and increase fulfilment in dentistry and life.

We break away from the ordinary dental clinic mold, and are driven by taking care of the people in our community, all the while creating a fun and homely workplace. We do this by helping our dentists become the best they can be, providing solid books, and a work environment that is more joy than burden. 

We firmly believe that every patient deserves dental care where they leave an appointment feeling seen, heard, and valued. We have a great reputation in the community, and with staff.

Key Details:
 

- Dentist Position. Experience of 2 + years preferred, but all levels welcome to apply.

- Location: Battery Hill, Sunshine Coast, QLD. Next door to an incredible Bakery and Vet, and a 5 minute stroll to Currimundi Beach.

- Hours: 4-5 days/week.

- Great equipment and fun toys like the CEREC Prime system and Itero (no crown lab bills).

- Pay: Commission based on experience.

- Character. A person with a strong moral code (wants the best for patients and team), and team player who loves to help create and contribute to the great culture we have. 

- Great communication. We believe one of the biggest hindrances for people engaging healthily with their oral health is a great relationship with their dentist. This means a great ability to connect and communicate with people is a must. 

- Desire to grow. We want to invest in our dentists and create an environment where they can become the best dentist they can be. Ultimately, this makes work more enjoyable and satisfying.
