Caravan Park All Rounders

How about a position in a Caravan Park?

We are looking for a couple who are high energy, motivated and enthusiastic to join our team as All Rounders / Assistants in our large busy Caravan Park in the beautiful Mackay region.

This is a fulltime salaried position with 2-bedroom house included as part of the package in return for 5 days per week, weekend work required but 2 days rostered days off together midweek.

The first position is mainly office based.

Duties include, but are not limited to :-

• Reception duties, checking in/out guests using RMS9+, processing payments, issuing receipts.

• Responding to enquiries, phone calls and emails.

• Opening and or closing office

• Balancing tills and end of day reports.

• Assisting with housekeeping/cleaning as required.

• Attending to afterhours enquiries and check ins on a rostered basis

The second position is to assist with the maintenance of park buildings, grounds and pool. It is preferred (but not essential) that this candidate has a strong general maintenance knowledge.

Duties include, but not limited to :-

• General building repairs and maintenance.

• Pool maintenance and cleaning.

• Mowing, whipper snipping and gardening.

• Lock up and security rounds on a roster basis.

• Cleaning BBQ's & amenities as required

Experience is ideal but not required as we are more than willing to provide training for the right couple. It is more important both demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and the passion to work as part of an operational team who are hands on.
