Client Liaison
Wangara | $80,000 + Super | Immediate Start
An award-winning residential builder is seeking an experienced Client Liaison to join their Wangara office. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who can step into a busy role and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the build journey.
Managing a portfolio of approximately 250 clients, you'll be the key point of contact from pre-construction through to handover. Supported by
ClickHome and Constructive software, you'll work closely with drafting, estimating, construction and administration teams to keep clients informed and projects moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: - Managing client communication from pre-construction through to handover
- Providing updates on build progress, variations, scheduling and key milestones
- Liaising with site supervisors and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records within ClickHome and Constructive
- Managing expectations and resolving client queries professionally
What You'll Bring: - Minimum 3 years' experience in a Client Liaison or similar role with a residential main contractor builder
- Strong understanding of the WA residential building process
- Experience with ClickHome, Constructive or similar CRM systems
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio and competing priorities
- A customer-focused, solutions-driven approach
