About VMCH
VMCH’s innovative social enterprise café in Bendigo is on the lookout for a passionate Disability Support Worker with hospitality experience to help people with disability build job skills, confidence, and independence.
Staff required for Monday Tuesday and Wednesday 8.00am – 3.00pm. Ideally with barista and food preparation experience.
About the role
In this hands-on role, you’ll guide trainees in developing barista, food prep, and customer service skills—helping them grow personally and professionally on their journey toward employment and independence.
