Project Manager

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects that align with business priorities. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget. This role reports to the Program Director and plays a key part in driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholdersDevelop charters, integrated plans, resource and contingency strategiesAssess trade-offs and manage risks, costs, and stakeholder valueTrack financials and reconcile project expendituresFacilitate checkpoints and governance forumsCommunicate project status to stakeholders and publish reportsEnsure compliance with project methodology and success metrics

Qualifications:

Solid experience in project managementExperience in hardware installation & end to end solution delivery in transport or ticketing projectsSolution Migration (data, user or customer migration) experienceDelivery of customer portals or interfaces.Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilitiesProven ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomesBachelor’s degree required; PMP/PMI certification desirable
