About the role

As our Maintenance Officer, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our facility, ensuring everything is safe, functional, and well-presented for our residents.

You’ll be:

Carrying out general maintenance and repairsResponding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerMaintain outdoor areasSupporting a safe environment through regular checks and upkeepWorking independently while being part of a supportive team

What you’ll bring

Previous experience in maintenance, handyperson, or similar rolesBasic skills across plumbing, carpentry, or general repairsA current driver’s licenceA genuine passion for supporting older people in a community setting
