About the role
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Training and Knowledge Coordinator to support the management and improvement of personnel data systems within Joint Operations Command.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with information systems, developing procedures, analysing data, and helping others learn. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds who can demonstrate transferable skills, even if they have not worked in Defence or personnel systems before.

About our Team
The APS 5 Training and Knowledge Coordinator works within the Headquarters Joint Operations Command (HQJOC) Directorate of Personnel. The team includes ADF members, APS employees, and contractors working together to deliver personnel support for joint operations, exercises, and activities. The position reports directly to the APS 6 Knowledge Manager. We value potential, adaptability, and transferable skills.
