Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Data Cloud, customer data platforms, data integration, identity resolution, and large-scale data engineering within the Salesforce ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) implementations.Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems.Configure data streams, data model objects (DMOs), calculated insights, and identity resolution.Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, and modern data integration tools.Configure segmentation, activation, and audience management strategies.Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.Support analytics, reporting, and AI-driven customer insights initiatives.Required Qualifications5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer 360 concepts.Expertise in SQL and data modeling.Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via APIs.Knowledge of ETL tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator Certification.Experience with Customer 360 Audiences and Marketing Cloud Engagement.Experience in large enterprise implementations.Must-Have SkillsSalesforce Data CloudSQLData ModelingIdentity ResolutionData Streams & DMOsCustomer SegmentationAPI IntegrationsSalesforce EcosystemSnowflake/Databricks (preferred)Python (preferred)
