About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor to provide hands-on support, guidance and advisory services across our sites. This role will be based in Mascot NSW with travel required.
In this senior role, you will partner closely with site leaders, operational teams and workers to strengthen HSEQ performance, ensure compliance with REMONDIS and statutory requirements, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture, environmental performance and quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Provide practical HSEQ advice, coaching and support to managers, supervisors and workers across allocated sites.
Promote compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant health, safety, environmental and quality legislation.
Lead and support incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, inspections and corrective action management.
Drive initiatives that improve HSEQ performance, culture and engagement across operational teams.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSEQ systems, processes and reporting.
Travel between sites within your area of responsibility to provide consistent and visible HSEQ support.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience in a HSEQ advisory role, ideally within industrial, waste, logistics, manufacturing, construction or similar operational environments.
Strong knowledge of Australian WHS, environmental and quality requirements.
Experience conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills.
A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work across multiple sites.
Relevant qualifications in WHS, environmental management, quality, risk or a related discipline.
