Our client is looking for an experienced Transport Administrator to join a busy logistics operation based in Hazelmere. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced transport environment supporting critical freight and supply chain activities.

Roster: 5/2 Perth based

Start date: ASAP

Duration: approx. 6 months - depending on client requirements

Pay Rate: $45.00 - $49.00 p/h + Super depending on experience

The Role:

Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating urgent freight movements, managing transport communications, and supporting transport and warehouse operations. This position requires strong administration capabilities, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate urgent freight requests and transport movements
• Manage shared transport inboxes and communications
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely freight delivery
• Support transport and warehouse quality control processes
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Provide high-quality customer service to operational teams and suppliers
• Assist with transport administration and process improvements

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, freight, warehouse administration, or supply chain environments
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• High level of computer literacy, particularly within Microsoft Office applications
• SAP experience highly regarded but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
