About the role:

We are currently looking for a scheduler to join our dedicated team. You will be taught everything you need to know to perform your duties. Working in a relaxed and friendly environment, you will be supported within a team.  

In this role, you will be required to perform a range of duties including:

• Scheduling tradesmen to site daily;

• Data entry and computer system use;

• Material ordering;

• Purchase Order and Quote/Estimate screening;

• Coordination of work order delivery;

• Communication with suppliers and customers.

Ideally you will possess the following key skills:

• Good communicator 

• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn simple programs

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
