About My Occ Health RecordMy Occ Health Record (MOHR) is an Australian-owned health-tech company transforming how high-risk industries manage workforce health.
Its cloud-based occupational health platform connects health information across the entire employee lifecycle—from pre-employment assessments and health surveillance to injury management, occupational hygiene and employee wellbeing.
The platform supports more than 440,000 employee health records, 3.9 million live data points and over 1,000 clinical users.

What we’re looking forYou’ll be an experienced Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst or systems professional who is comfortable operating between business and technology.
You’ll ideally bring:Experience owning complex software requirements through the full delivery lifecycleStrong technical understanding of APIs, integrations and data flowsThe ability to follow and contribute meaningfully to technical conversationsExperience translating ambiguity into implementable, testable requirementsStrong user-story and acceptance-criteria capabilityExcellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiencesConfidence identifying contradictions and challenging unclear requirementsExperience maintaining decision logs, traceability and documentationStrong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solvingExperience supporting Engineering, QA and stakeholders through testing and releaseThe autonomy and judgement to keep delivery moving without constant directionThe patience and adaptability required for a government program where requirements and timelines may change
You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you must be able to understand how systems communicate, ask credible technical questions and explain complex integrations clearly.
Nice to havePrevious federal or state government project experienceExisting Baseline security clearanceA background in software engineering, systems analysis or technical business analysisExperience using Postman or similar API-testing toolsFamiliarity with Swagger, OpenAPI specifications, JSON payloads and HTTP response codesSQL or data-investigation capabilityExperience with integration, system or user-acceptance testingHealthcare, health-tech or sensitive-data experienceExperience working across large, multi-system programsKnowledge of government governance, assurance and documentation requirements
