We are seeking a passionate and energetic cook to join our team. We are seeking the following qualities;

Candidates must hold a valid work visa or Australian work rights.

• 2 Years Cook experience or Commercial Cookery Diploma

• The 2 years cook experience must be specifically in Chinese cuisine.

• Candidates without 2 years experience must hold any recognised cooking qualification.

• Ability to work well in high pressure environment team environment.

• Responsible for kitchen operations – including preparing, cooking and creations of dishes.

• Cooking techniques – working and operating high pressure gas wok stations,

• Crafting and making – dim sum and dumplings,

• Preparation and cooking of traditional roast (BBQ pork | Duck |Chicken),

• Assistance with presentation and execution of dishes,

• Day to day – cleaning and maintenance of hygiene in kitchen and restaurant; and

• Assistance, training and supervision of junior team members

• Experienced in Chinese Cuisines is preferred.

• Ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is preferred.
