This is an exciting opportunity to join Hyundai Capital Australia (HCAU) on a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave during a period of significant growth! HCAU is the Australian finance provider for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis, delivering innovative finance solutions that support the Hyundai Motor Group (HMG) brands. HMG is Korea's 2nd largest conglomerate focusing on automobiles, auto parts, finance and more.

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist to lead the management and optimisation of HCAU's digital customer journey. Working closely with our OEM partners and internal stakeholders, you'll oversee our digital platforms, CRM strategy and customer communications to deliver seamless customer experiences, improve lead generation and support customer retention.

In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing optimisation and governance of key digital touchpoints, including finance calculators, OEM websites, customer portals and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You'll also ensure digital content and customer communications remain accurate, compliant and aligned with business objectives.

What you’ll do:

• Own and optimise HCAU's digital customer journey across websites, finance calculators and customer portals.
• Manage CRM, customer lifecycle campaigns, marketing automation and customer communications.
• Coordinate dealer communications, including contact lists and dealer bulletins.
• Partner with OEM stakeholders to deliver customer engagement, retention and digital marketing initiatives.
• Drive website optimisation, SEO/SEM and digital performance.
• Monitor digital performance, customer insights and platform compliance to identify opportunities for optimisation and ensure accurate, compliant customer experiences.

Your skills & experience:

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on online customer journey development.
• A strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies with previous experience managing paid search agencies.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing CRM systems, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be highly advantageous.
• Experience optimizing online customer journeys and touchpoints for improved user experience.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret customer behaviour and campaign performance.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external partners with the ability to present to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
