Our Company is a leading residential and commercial restoration company specialising in insurance restoration services across multiple states. We assist with structural and contents restoration for damages caused by events such as flood, fire, water, mould, and catastrophic storms.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Restorations Claims Co-ordinator / Administrator to join our Sydney team. If you’re passionate about helping people, experienced in the insurance or restoration industry, or looking for an exciting new challenge, we want to hear from you!

The Role
As a Claims Co-ordinator, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of restoration projects from the initial instruction through to completion. Every day is different you’ll be the central point of contact, coordinating between clients, insurers, trades, and internal teams to ensure each job runs smoothly, on time, and with a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage a portfolio of restoration claims from start to finish

·       Schedule and coordinate site attendances

·       Liaise with insurers, clients, trades, and internal teams to keep jobs on track

·       Maintain accurate records in our job management system, including reports and invoices

·       Process trade invoices efficiently and accurately

·       Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders

·       Monitor and achieve KPIs, including client updates and completion rates

What We’re Looking For

·       Experience in insurance restoration, construction, claims administration, or a similar coordination role

·       Excellent organisational and time management skills

·       Clear, confident communication (written and verbal)

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

·       Drive to meet and exceed KPIs in a busy environment

·       Proactive, solution-focused, and genuinely motivated to help people
