Wollongong Private's Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner. Our program is delivered over two distinct stages; 

• Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience across our Maternity Service Units. Discover your passions and build a strong foundation of clinical skills.
• Year 2: Consolidate your skills: receive dedicated mentoring, and have access to commonwealth supported postgrauate study opportunities to deepen your professional development

• Have completed or are on track to complete your Bachelor of Midwifery. 
• Eligible for AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife by February 2027
• Hold valid Australian work rights.

• Applicants will be required to complete a Working With Children Check and meet Ramsay’s immunisation requirements.
