Administration Assistant - Full Time

Due to recent movements within the business, we now have an exciting opportunity within a dynamic and rewarding industry for Administration Assistant to be part of our team at Slade Point in Mackay.

Under the general direction and guidance of the Branch Manager, this position is key to the smooth day-to-day running of the branch and will be part of a small team.

Our day-to-day routine will look something like this:  

• Providing sales and administrative support to the branch and account managers.
• Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
• Order entry and quotations
• Scheduling appointments and sales staff call cycle
• Maintaining customer records
• Any other duties which may be required by your manager and or that are within your skills, training, and capabilities

All about you

• A minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential 
• An outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer centric approach
• Be self-motivated, work without supervision, and be able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Intermediate level computer skills in standard "Windows" applications
• Ensure all occupational safety and health requirements are adhered to according to company requirements and OH&S legislation
