About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-time MR Driver (open to a casual employment as well) to join our warehouse and road crew team.

This isn’t a sit-back-and-drive role. You’ll be delivering, setting up, and collecting furniture across Melbourne for events, commercial sites, and residential jobs. No two days are the same. Some days are big, some are long, and every day is hands-on.

You’ll be part of a solid team that works hard, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done properly. If you like staying active, working with purpose, and being part of something fast-moving, you’ll fit in well here.

Hours: Monday to Friday, Shifts are normally 7:30am-3:30pm but times can change depending on the workload.

Occasional weekend work (Saturday and/or Sunday) when required. 

Reporting to the Operations Management team.

About You

You’re reliable, practical, and not afraid of hard work. You take pride in doing things properly and understand that how you show up on-site reflects the whole team.

You’ll need:

• A current MR licence or higher
• A strong work ethic and hands-on mindset
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Physical fitness for loading, unloading and installs
• Care and respect for equipment, vehicles and furniture
• Furniture removals, logistics or install experience (highly regarded)
• Permanent residency in Australia
