Your Role as a PCW

Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasksAssist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioningMonitor health and wellbeing, reporting changes to clinical staffFollow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentationPromote dignity, respect, and independence for each older person

What You'll Bring

Essential

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalentUnderstanding of aged care standards and person-centred careCompassionate, respectful, and dependable natureCurrent National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable

Previous experience in residential aged careItalian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
