We are growing and seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic community aged care team across metropolitan Adelaide. This is an Adelaide Metropolitan Based Position on a Full Time Basis

About the Role

This is a community-based Occupational Therapy position delivering services throughout metropolitan Adelaide.

Working within community aged care, you will support clients across a broad range of functional and therapeutic needs.

The role offers genuine variety across:

• Functional assessments
• Assistive technology prescription
• Home modifications
• Falls prevention and mobility support
• Cognitive and sensory strategies
• Goal-based therapy and capacity building

You will work independently while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
• Develop individualised, goal-focused therapy plans
• Prescribe assistive technology and environmental modifications
• Deliver evidence-based interventions within community settings
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with families, carers, and healthcare professionals
• Support clients to maximise independence, safety, and quality of life

About You

You are an Occupational Therapist who:

• Enjoys community-based practice
• Has strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Works confidently both independently and collaboratively
• Is organised and adaptable
• Values practical, person-centred care
• Builds positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Would be wiling to work Full Time or Part Time (a minimum of 3 days a week if Part Time)

This role is best suited to clinicians with prior community or aged care experience.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience preferred
• Current SA driver’s licence
• National Police Clearance
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Annual influenza vaccination
