Wholesale Distribution Supervisor

WHAT IS THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Wholesale Distribution Supervisor to join our team. The role will be approximately 20-30 hours per week to be carried out Monday - Friday.

This role is hands on and requires someone who can manage the day-to-day operation while also taking ownership of stock accuracy, warehouse organisation and maintaining food safety.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

• Accurate execution of order fulfilment and distribution 

• Warehouse organisation and stock control

• Good receiving and inspection 

• Maintaining Food Safety and HACCP compliance

• Using and maintaining accurate inventory and order processing records within our inventory management system

• Complete relevant ad-hoc additional duties, as required by management, to assist in the smooth operations of the growing business.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 1 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution or inventory management.

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Confident managing stock and warehouse systems.

• Hands on, proactive, reliable and able to work independently.

• A strong communicator who works well across different teams.

• Familiar with HACCP and food safety requirements highly desirable.

• Forklift license highly desirable.
