Book Keeper, Accounts, Payroll

Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable & Payroll

We're looking for a Bookkeeper who can also handle Accounts Payable and Payroll, working across the group of companies under our Capital Group. You'll be working closely with our accountants, so you'll need a solid handle on bookkeeping fundamentals, accounts, and Xero — this isn't a "learning on the job" role, we need someone who already knows their way around the numbers.

What you'll be doing:

• Day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple companies in the group

• Accounts payable — processing and managing invoices, supplier payments

• Payroll processing

• Working alongside our accountants to keep everything accurate and up to date

• Helping keep financials organised as the group grows

• Accounts Receivable

What we're looking for:

• Solid bookkeeping and accounts experience

• Confident using Xero

• Comfortable managing AP and payroll for more than one entity at a time

• Someone who's organised, reliable, and doesn't need everything spelled out twice

• A good attitude — easy going, bubbly, and genuinely fun to have around. We spend a lot of time together as a team and we want someone who adds to that.
