SummaryWe're hiring a Channel Account Manager to build our reseller and MSP base in Australia. You'll build a partner portfolio and manage a key distributor relationship. Recruit resellers and MSPs, make them productive, and own your territory's number. The right person already knows the Australian SMB and MSP channel. There are partners who'd take your call tomorrow.
Job descriptionWhat you'll doRecruit, onboard and enable net-new resellers, MSPs and system integratorsBuild ESET's MSP business — get providers productive on our multi-tenant subscription platformWin new SMB logos and new transacting resellers through distributionOwn an assigned Australian distributor: joint planning, enablement, pipelineRun partner business plans and QBRs with partner principalsDrive end-customer deals through your partners, SMB volume through to enterpriseWork with pre-sales engineering on competitive, technically sound proposalsForecast accurately and hit your monthly and annual numbers
What we're looking for5+ years in Australian channel sales — vendor or distributor sideReal depth in SMB and MSP: how MSPs price and package security, how resellers make marginAn established reseller and MSP network in AustraliaProven partner recruitment from a standing start, through to revenueExperience owning a distributor relationshipComfortable on enterprise deals alongside partnersCommercial judgement — structure a deal, defend margin, know when to walkBonus: endpoint security, EDR/XDR or MDR background; built an MSP practice from early stage; existing distributor relationships here.
