Building Services Supervisor

We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Building Services Supervisor. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in managing and supervising building services including renovations, alterations, extensions, improvements or repairs of a building being undertaken by sub-contractors, ensuring these are completed to required industry regulations. Reporting to the Procurement & Subcontractor Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Supervise planned works, defect rectification, and technical service delivery across tenanted and vacant properties.Drive safety and compliance - conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations while ensuring adherence to OH&S requirements.Validate scopes, perform site inspections, and enforce compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and contract specifications.Manage subcontractor performance - provide clear direction, monitor delivery partner performance, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Deliver on time and build client relationships - manage work orders, identify risks early, and act as a key client contact to support strong, collaborative outcomes.

What You'll Bring
Hold a relevant Trade License or suitable practical experience.Registered Building Practitioner under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 (WA)Experience in management and supervision of general building services.Knowledge of work planning and scheduling procedures.Full understanding of OH&S regulations.Familiarity and understanding of domestic building statutory obligations, codes of practice, Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards.
