We're seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Perth office, working closely with Partners Alen Sinanovic and Cindy Tucker.

What You'll Do

You'll step into a well-established practice with a strong pipeline of work, including:

Professional indemnity and financial lines claimsRegulatory investigations and compliance issuesCivil litigation and dispute resolutionHealthcare, medical negligence and injury liability claimsEmployment liability matters, workplace complaints and investigationsAdvice and disputes involving insurers, government bodies, healthcare providers, local government and commercial organisations

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with lawyers who have experience in one or more of the following:

Healthcare, medical negligence or injury liabilityFinancial lines or insurance disputesEmployment liability or workplace investigationsRegulatory and compliance work

Most importantly, we're looking for ambitious lawyers who enjoy variety and want the flexibility to shape their career around their interests and strengths.
