Who You Are

• You have at least 2 years’ experience in optical dispensing or premium fashion/retail

• You’re naturally confident, fashion-forward, and present yourself with polish

• You care about the details — from frame fit to client care

• You’re curious, coachable and excited to grow within a luxury environment

• Most of all, you’re motivated by people, product, and purpose

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional, one-on-one service to every client

• Advising on frames, lenses, styling and fit

• Supporting with eyewear education, sales and ongoing care

• Collaborating with a passionate team to meet store goals

• Building lasting relationships with a loyal, fashion-conscious clientele
