This entry-level opportunity gives you ownership of maintaining and updating a range of sales reports and data, while gaining valuable exposure to the residential construction industry. Backed by Sumitomo Forestry, you'll develop key knowledge from Australia's leading building group across both sales and pre-construction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the reception area and answer incoming calls and delegate where required

• Office upkeep Redink Homes Southwest office, ensuring clients coming in are greeted and offered amenities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team and Operational department

• Hold client introduction meetings and provide fortnightly updates to pre-construction clients

• Liaise with internal departments to provide resolutions for clients as required

About you

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships

• Proven ability to analyse information, prepare written correspondence including reports, briefings and memos

• Confidence with exercising judgement in an environment with competing priorities and strict deadlines

• MS Office Skills and computer skills (experience with Clickhomes desirable)
