Parts Interpreter

Are you passionate about cars and have a knack for matching the right parts to the right vehicles? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team.

About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers and internal technicians get the correct parts quickly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to expert for identifying, sourcing, and supplying automotive parts.

Key responsibilities

• Supply and invoice parts to trade and retail customers.

• Interpret parts requests using a variety of online applications.

• Source stock from manufacturers and other OEM suppliers.

• Prepare and assist with annual stocktake.

• Ensure all parts enquiries and quotes are supplied in a timely manner.

About you:

• Previous experience in parts interpretation or parts operations

• ERA/Pentana experience advantageous

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills to work with suppliers, customers and the workshop

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• A team player willing to collaborate with colleagues

• Knowledge of parts operations and systems is advantageous
