We are a premium Australian steakhouse with a strong focus on provenance, genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Following an extensive renovation, our iconic waterfront steakhouse has reopened, bringing together 22 years of heritage with a fresh, more elevated approach to food, service and atmosphere.

As we continue this next chapter, we are looking for experienced Section Waiters to join our established front-of-house team.

Who we are looking for
We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality - people who can read a table, anticipate what a guest needs and understand that great service is about creating a connection, not simply taking an order. We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals who know how to run a section confidently while making every guest feel genuinely looked after.

The role
Working as part of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for confidently managing your own section and delivering attentive, knowledgeable and genuine hospitality throughout the guest experience. This will include:

• Delivering knowledgeable and efficient service across lunch and dinner services.

• Building genuine rapport with guests, taking the time to engage and personalise their experience to ensure they feel welcome.

• Guiding guests through the menu, including premium cuts, sides, and must have items.

• Taking and inputing orders accurately, managing pacing, and coordinating with kitchen and bar.

• Running dishes from the pass to tables with care and speed.

• Upselling and suggestively selling appropriate items to tables, maximizing avgerage spend and adding to the guest experience.

• Clearing and reseting tables appropriately.

• Resolving guest requests and basic concerns promptly, calmly, and with discretion.

• Processing payments efficiently and accurately.

• Maintaining high standards of table setting, cleanliness, and service flow on the floor.

What we are looking for

• Demonstrated 2-3year experience in quality venues

• Confidence managing your own section from arrival through to departure

• Strong knowledge and understanding across food, wine, and service.

• Team‑oriented mindset, with a genuine desire to contribute to the existing team culture

• Current RSA and relevant food safety training (food handlers basic training)

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
