Sales Executive/ Territory Manager – NSW & ACT (Industrial Workwear Garments)

We are a Melbourne based family-owned business specialising in Industrial workwear clothing & high visibility safety wear supplying to Retailers and On-Sellers (B2B) 

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated sales and customer -focused professional to promote our extensive range of Industrial Workwear Garments in NSW & ACT. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful applicant will be based in home office and required to travel covering City and regional NSW to meet with existing customers and secure new business. This position is available immediately.

The successful applicant:

• Will have experience in selling Industrial workwear garments

• Must have an ability to work autonomously and plan weekly customer sales visits along with regional country trips as required

• Must be self-motivated and results-driven with an ambition to advance career

• Must be able to demonstrate a history of achieving and exceeding set sales targets

• Although training will be provided, a good product knowledge will be essential

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ideally have experience in CRM, Microsoft suite & basic computer skills

The successful applicant will be responsible for: 

• Retaining and growing our customer base in NSW & ACT

• Setting an annual sales plan for the territory to achieve sales targets

• Planning regular sales trips to customers 

• Participation in product design and development to meet changing market trends
