The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Wellbeing Advisor to support the delivery of Norton Rose Fulbright Australia's DEI and Wellbeing strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Coordinator or early-career Advisor from HR, employee experience, employee engagement, DEI or wellbeing to build a specialist career within a leading global law firm.
This is a permanent opportunity based in our Sydney office, reporting to the DEI & Wellbeing Manager in Melbourne. You will work closely with colleagues across Australia and internationally to deliver initiatives that support an inclusive, healthy and high-performing workplace.
As part of our People & Culture team, you will coordinate events, communications, employee networks and wellbeing programs across a range of DEI and wellbeing priorities, while gaining exposure to both local and global initiatives and leading practice approaches from across our international network.
