About the RoleAs our Founder continues to focus on designing collections, product development and expandingSONYA MODA globally, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Brand & Growth Manager tobecome her right hand.
This is a hands-on execution role. We are not looking for someone to manage agencies or simplyoversee work. We are looking for someone who loves creating, building, testing, analysing andexecuting every day.
You will own the entire marketing ecosystem—from paid media and email marketing to ecommerce,creative design, social media, community building and campaign execution—ensuring everycustomer touchpoint reflects the premium world of SONYA MODA.

What You'll Own:
Brand & Growth• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across all channels.• Own Meta Ads end-to-end including strategy, creative testing, optimisation and reporting.• Analyse ROAS, MER, conversion, customer acquisition and campaign performance.
Creative• Design EDMs, website banners, landing pages and digital assets.• Build and optimise all Klaviyo campaigns and automated customer journeys.• Create and edit content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
Ecommerce• Optimise Shopify for merchandising and conversion.• Coordinate campaign launches from concept to execution.• Work directly with the Founder to turn ideas into high-performing campaigns.
Community & Brand Partnerships• Build and nurture the SONYA MODA community across digital and in-person experiences.• Plan and execute intimate brand events, collection launches and VIP experiences.• Own and strategically grow the VIP, influencer and creator guest list.• Coordinate all influencer and VIP gifting, including dress selection, outreach, shipping andfollow-up.• Develop relationships with stylists, creators, media and brand partners.• Track gifting, content delivery and campaign performance.• Identify new partnership opportunities that elevate the brand.
About YouYou have 5+ years' experience in fashion, beauty or premium consumer brands. You havepersonally managed Meta Ads, are highly proficient in Klaviyo, Shopify and Adobe Creative Suite(or equivalent), have strong copywriting skills and understand luxury branding.Most importantly, you're a doer. You take ownership, move quickly, solve problems proactively,care deeply about detail and love building brands.
