Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

You'll keep the lead bank full by building prospect lists, running outbound campaigns, following up every enquiry the same day, and handing warm conversations to the Aged Care and Dental salespeople. You'll run the marketing through social media, email campaigns, flyers and product sheets in Canva, and keeping the website current. You'll also look after customers by answering the phone, processing orders, sorting returns, and giving people straight answers on stock and delivery. When something goes wrong, you own it through to fixed. It's a phone role and an administrative role and a creative role.

Key responsibilities

• Building prospect lists and running outbound campaigns

• Following up every enquiry the same day

• Handing warm conversations to Aged Care and Dental salespeople

• Running social media, email campaigns, and creating flyers and product sheets in Canva

• Keeping the website current

• Answering the phone and processing orders

• Sorting returns and giving customers straight answers on stock and delivery

• Owning customer issues through to resolution

About you

• Experience in marketing and customer service, or marketing where you also dealt with customers directly

• Confident picking up the phone, including outbound

• A strong writer — able to draft a campaign, a post and a customer reply with all three sounding right

• Properly tech-savvy, so new systems don't slow you down

• Organised enough to hold five threads and drop none of them

• Able to use Zoho CRM, WooCommerce, Canva and Claude, or learn them fast

• Experience in medical, dental or aged care supply is a bonus, not a requirement
