• Salary:  $86,215 pa + super + 19 day month
• Ringwood (opposite Ringwood Station)

Maroondah City Council is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Procurement Officer to join our Governance & Procurement team.

As part of this varied and challenging role the successful applicant will be required to undertake a range of tasks, including tendering and contracts, administration of the corporate contract management system, contract administration tasks, reporting and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

The successful applicant will have:

• experience within a procurement environment
• excellent communication (written and oral) and organisational skills
• proficiency using Microsoft Office, electronic purchasing, tendering and contract management systems

Experience in Local Government would be looked upon favourably.
