Ruse Bar & Brasserie is looking for a bartender who knows their craft, loves great hospitality, and thrives in a polished, high-energy environment.

We’re a premium Parramatta steakhouse and cocktail bar, operating across two bars alongside professional service teams led by experienced hospitality veterans.

What you bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar bar or premium hospitality environment

• Confident cocktail, bar and service skills

• Professional presentation and excellent communication

• Someone who takes pride in genuine, refined guest service

• Ideally available across the full week, Monday–Saturday
