About the role
Devil's Pit BBQ & Smokehouse is looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our food trailer team on weekends. The role is approximately 4–5 hours Saturday and 4–5 hours Sunday, with the potential for additional hours during festivals, events and catering. As our food trailer operates at different pop-ups and events, the work location can vary around the North West Coast.
Key responsibilities
Basic food preparation and cooking
Serving chips and assembling orders
Using the POS system
Taking customer orders
Restocking
General kitchen duties
Cleaning during and after service
About you
Comfortable working in a fast-paced food environment
Can follow instructions
Work well as part of a small team
Stay organised when service gets busy
Weekend availability is essential
Hospitality or kitchen experience is preferred
Reliability, a good attitude and willingness to work are most important
