We’re now seeking motivated, mechanically minded individuals to join our team as Apprentice Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technicians, commencing a 4-year apprenticeship working toward a Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Jaymel apprentice, you won’t be stuck doing the same thing every day. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of equipment and environments, including:

• Split systems through to large commercial and industrial plant

• Glycol chillers and complex HVAC systems

• Worksites such as wineries, shopping centres, hotels, offices, and industrial facilities

You’ll be trained by highly skilled tradespeople who genuinely enjoy mentoring and helping the next generation succeed.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll be exposed to both installation and service work, developing into a well-rounded, highly capable tradesperson with strong long-term career prospects.

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• A current Driver’s Licence

• Australian residency

• Completion of secondary education

• Ability to obtain a Police Clearance

• A presentable appearance and professional manner
