Position: Site Administrator
Local Opportunity – Palmer Wind Farm

RJE Global is expanding its workforce for the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind farms, and critical resource and power infrastructure projects nationwide. Site Administration plays a vital role in supporting the project team. Reporting to site management, you will be responsible for assisting the site team with all day-to-day operations at Palmer Wind Farm

Responsibilities:

• General administration and overarching support for site teams and management.

• Answer enquiries from customers and RJE employees, attend to visitors and assist with their enquiries.

• Ensure staff and visitors follow correct induction process.

• Organisation and manage team travel, accommodation requirements & site mobilisation.

• File and scan papers, drawings and documents back to head office and clients as part of our QA process.

• Ensure Quality & WHS Management Systems are followed as per certification standards.

• Support project teams with any system and documentation requirements, also in the delivery of handover documentation.

Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Great initiative and organisational skills.

• Ability to work towards tight project schedules.

• Work methodically, accurately and neatly.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Local to the project.

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain the following:

• Driver's Licence

• Must be able to pass a medical examination and drug & alcohol testing

• Construction White Card

Advantageous:

• Certificate in Business Administration or similar

• Previous FIFO or administration experience within the construction industry
