About the role

As a member of the Accounting Operations team, this role is responsible for delivering accounts and treasury functions to enable CSC's business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accounts receivable - receipt cheques and direct credits received into CSC's accounts using the administration systems (ComSAS, Capital and Acurity) and the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) (Technology One)
• Accounts payable - prepare and process departmental and administered payments including the creation of creditor charts in the FMIS
• Prepare and process invoices, contract claims and journals in the FMIS
• Daily drawdown procedures including preparing and entering into the Central Budget Management System (CBMS)
• Daily and monthly financial reconciliations and reports
• Processing urgent/reissue of payments
• Maintaining up-to-date procedures

What we’re looking for

• Excellent MS Excel and reporting skills
• Knowledge and understanding of accounts and treasury processes
• Experience with Financial Management Information Systems
