RARE OPPORTUNITY: PHYSIOTHERAPIST VACANCY IN MULTI-DISC CLINIC

About the role

Physiotherapist position at Champion Health's Eight Mile Plains clinic, a multi-award winning multi-disciplinary practice. You will work collaboratively with over 25 clinicians from multiple disciplines under a "No Gap" and "Bulk Billing" model that allows teams to focus on clinical outcomes. During your initial 6 month Clinical Onboarding period (12 months for New Graduates), you will receive a diverse patient load and wide range of patient presentations from all funding schemes while learning to integrate with multi-disciplinary health team approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services to patients with simple and complex musculoskeletal conditions (40-50% of patient load)
• Deliver neurological rehabilitation services (20-30% of patient load)
• Develop general skills across vestibular, paediatric, cardiorespiratory, and men and women's health (10%-20% of patient load)
• Work collaboratively with integrated health teams including psychologists, hand therapists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, hydrotherapists, massage therapists, and visiting doctors
• Integrate with multi-disciplinary health team approaches to maximise client results
• Participate in weekly paid meetings including MDT conference, intra-disciplinary meeting, 1 on 1 mentoring and professional development meetings

About you

• Current physiotherapy registration with AHPRA is required at the time of application
• New graduates or experienced physiotherapists welcome
• People who want to become great clinicians by learning to master the fundamentals and integrate with other health professions
• Understand that success comes from continuous refinement and playing with new and different perspectives constantly
• Desire to have a long and well remunerated career pathway that is not forever client facing
• Transparent and clear with communication and expectations
• Secondary language highly preferred
