Guided by the Japanese philosophy of "Kaizen," meaning continuous improvement, we help our clients on their well-being journey through authentic massage and genuine hospitality.
This role is built for a therapist who wants to learn, level up their technique, and grow with the business, not just clock hours for it.

Collaborating with clients to evaluate their health conditions and goals, creating tailored treatment plans
Maintaining detailed client records and monitoring their progress
Ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment for every client
Developing your skills by learning and applying Japanese-inspired wellness practices
About you
Diploma of Remedial Massage / students nearing completion of Diploma welcome!
A keen interest in learning about Japanese culture and wellness principles
Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
A genuine commitment to ongoing learning and personal growth
Strong communication with clients, with the team, with us
Long-term client care: building relationships, not just doing one-off treatments
Professional standards: always, no exceptions
Benefits
A minimum 15-hour commitment per week to start with, and flexibility to increase hours
Competitive pay rates
Monthly staff wellness perks to support your own well-being
A professional, supportive environment where you'll learn Japanese-inspired techniques and values
