Excavator Operator

EarthForm Civil is looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team.

We are seeking a reliable operator who takes pride in high-quality work, operates safely and efficiently, and understands the importance of getting the job done right the first time. Our work includes civil construction projects with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and zero rework.

The role will include:

• Operating a brand new 14t excavator fitted with tilt hitch and GPS

• Working on Tier 1 projects

• Trenching, bulk earthworks, detailed excavation and general machine work

• Working safely around services, machinery and other site personnel

• Delivering accurate, high-quality work with a heavy focus on zero rework

• Assisting the team on the ground when required

• Following site plans, instructions and safety procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Experience operating excavators

• Experience using GPS machine control preferred

• Current tickets/licences where required

• White Card

• Strong understanding of site safety

• Pride in producing neat, accurate and efficient work

• Reliable, punctual and a good team player

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
