Trees For Life (TFL) is one of South Australia’s most trusted and enduring environmental organisations with a 45-year history of restoring landscapes, protecting biodiversity and supporting resilient ecosystems. ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role with opportunity for extension/permanency.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Manager, Restoration & Growth is responsible for driving the growth, impact and long-term sustainability of TFL's fee-for service portfolio.
As a manager, the role leads and develops a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and safety... ensuring projects are effectively mobilised, resourced and delivered.
As a key member of the Leadership Team, the role will lead the expansion of landscape-scale direct seeding, restoration and revegetation services; and identify new opportunities and secure investment that deliver meaningful environmental outcomes across South Australia.
ABOUT YOU
You have a minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience in a natural resource management field.
You are an exceptional business developer, with skills in building stakeholder engagement and contracts management.
Your ability to inspire and motivate a team who share your passion for biodiversity conservation, coupled with your business skills and financial acumen, will result in high quality, landscape-scale restoration and innovative environmental solutions.
