Hours: Monday to Saturday
Shift: 2:00am - 10:30am (Monday to Friday) | 2:00am - 8:30am (Saturday)

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to operate our high-volume burger production line. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality food products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor burger production equipment to ensure efficient production

• Set up machinery and make minor adjustments as required

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product specifications are met

• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report maintenance requirements

• Maintain accurate production records

• Follow food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety procedures

• Assist with line changeovers, cleaning, and general production duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous machine operating experience in a food manufacturing or production environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

• Reliable transport and the ability to start work at 2:00am

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
